Dr. Ahmed Al Nuseirat
Dr. Ahmad AL Nuseirat is a renowned expert and a key figure in driving excellence in the government sector in Dubai, UAE, and the Middle East.
He holds a PhD in Training and Organizational Performance Management from Cardiff University, UK. Dr. Al-Nuseirat played a crucial role in establishing, leading, and managing the Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP), the first integrated program for government excellence globally, initiated by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum in
1997.
He serves as the General Coordinator of the program at the Executive Council of Dubai Government, overseeing customer satisfaction and mystery shopper studies for the Dubai Government and establishing the first central customer e-complaint system in Dubai. On a regional level, he was involved with the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Arab Management from 2001 to 2007 and served as a Board Member at the Dubai Institute for Human Resources Development. Dr. AL Nuseirat is also the Founder and Chief Manager of the FastTeam Project Development Consultants LLC. This engineering organization focuses on building quality models for managing and planning project developments and construction in the UAE. The company provides quality progress reports for construction projects to authorities and government entities in Dubai, including the Dubai Land Department-Escrow Account Department. As a proficient speaker and mentor in government excellence, human resources, organizational development, quality, and knowledge management, Dr. AL Nuseirat delivers engaging and motivational presentations from his extensive practical experience.

Dr. Farooq Ali has a Doctor of Science (DSc) Degree in Technology focusing on Project Management. He is also a chartered surveyor (MRICS) and leads Built Pulse. He brings over 18 years of experience in the construction industry and more than 5 years in academia. This unique combination of practical and theoretical knowledge enables the team to deliver exceptional results consistently in every project.
Throughout his career, Dr. Farooq has overseen complex construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements. His hands-on experience managing diverse projects has given him a comprehensive understanding of the construction process, enabling effective problem solving and exceptional outcomes. Dr. Farooq’s academic background has also significantly shaped the next generation of professionals. Through teaching, curriculum development, and research, he has worked to bridge the gap between industry practices and academic theory, ensuring that the team is up-to-date with the latest industry trends and has a strong theoretical foundation.
